DISRUPTIVE is a Spanish-Portuguese cross-border Project that aims to improve Research & Innovation infrastructure and to increase capacity in R&I development for the achievement of excellence and for the promotion of competence centres, especially of those that are of interest to Europe.
The general objective of the DISRUPTIVE project is to promote excellence in R&D through the Digital Innovation Hubs (DIHs) or innovation poles of Castilla y León and North of Portugal.
